A man who claims to be an Army Officer was apprehended today as at 1:32pm by security operatives at Garrison junction in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state.
He was finally arrested by policemen after receiving some hot slaps from the soldiers who nabbed him.
The army men were provoked and warned civilians of such behavior to abstain from such act.
