Crew Movie Review: Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan & Kriti Sanon’s Risky Golden Affair Is Highly Amusing

Imagine three women, each facing their struggles, but instead of drowning in their problems, they’re intelligently facing them, determined to have a good time. The film brought the audience laughter throughout the ride. And boy, are they succeeding! We can call it an art to deliver a serious message in a hilarious tone.

The film Crew has obtained positive views. The story is based on Kohinoor Airlines, a company that’s pretty much like the now-gone Kingfisher Airlines. The three leading ladies Geeta Sethi, Jasmine Bajwa, and Divya Rana work for Kohinoor Airlines, Their chairman, who’s Vijay Mallya in disguise, pulls a disappearing act, leaving everyone in a mess.

There’s a whole bunch of characters popping up, in this heist-style story, with the men mostly playing supporting roles while the ladies take charge. Sethi dreams of opening her restaurant in Goa, Jasmine is always eyeing luxury items, and Divya catches the attention of a customs officer despite her fibbing tendencies. Actors like Kapil Sharma and Diljit Dosanjh, playing roles in the film have done an amazing job.

When the opportunity arises for some shady business involving gold bars in a flashy place which is Dubai, the three women don’t hesitate to jump in. But the trouble isn’t far behind, and things suddenly take a turn. Ultimately they’re in hot water with the law.

What’s interesting in the story is that the writers keep the story moving quickly, with plenty of humor and touching moments sprinkled throughout. In the end, the leading ladies save the day. Tabu, playing the wise veteran of the crew, and Kareena Kapoor Khan, who juggles between wanting more and what’s necessary, are a hoot. Kriti Sanon stands strong alongside these seasoned actors. Together, they feel like a true team.

Crew is a female-led film in mainstream cinema

Crew” is about the hard-working, underpaid middle-class people who struggle daily to meet ends. while the bosses hardly bat an eye, staying comfy in their suits and fancy shoes. And watching these three air hostesses in action is a total joy. It’s a feel-good comedy with loads of laughter, just what we need to entertain ourselves after a series of disappointing Bollywood flicks.
