Richa Chadha has come out in support of Kannada actor Samyuktha Hegde, who was heckled out for her outfit.

Earlier on Friday evening Kannada actress Samyuktha Hegde alleged that Congress leader Kavitha Reddy harassed her and friends. The video posted by her is of the moment when she was working out with her friends in the sports bra at Agara lake in Bengaluru. But made headlines after the issues arose. In the video clip, four women are seen can be identified while two boys are also seen at a distance. And shows how Reddy is misbehaving with the Hedge group. And also seen raising hands on the girl.

After the video surfaced it went viral in no time. And many of her industry colleagues and fans came out in support and slammed ‘moral policing’ by the woman. Amidst this actress Richa Chaddha who is known to give the befitting reply. Stood in support of her and tweeted “Just because you think someone isn’t dressed like they ought to, in YOUR opinion, gives you no right to charge towards them or slap them. The world doesn’t need more moral policing, especially not from sanctimonious aunties. Plz, behave. Respect is a 2-way street.”

Showing her anger Samyuktha posted a video and captioned .”We were abused and ridiculed by Kavitha Reddy at Agara Lake. There are witnesses and more video evidence, I request you to look into this.
