Kinver Edge Family Photo Shoot

On a sunny October Sunday we headed to one of our favourite haunts with the Pedley family for a fun, relaxed photo shoot.  Five-year-old twins Arthur and Eva, who we photographed as babies, are now joined by their little brother.  Eighteen-month-old Sebbie was raring to toddle along and go on an adventure with his big brother and sister.  We love a good interactive experience so the fish and shark hats we’ve come to rely on for big smiles also came along as well as bubbles for the kids to play with, because, who doesn’t love bubbles?  

We’ve been very lucky with the weather so far this autumn, and three weeks into October means that the foliage at Kinver Edge really is a riot of gold and red, the perfect backdrop for the smart navy blue and yellow colour scheme specially chosen by Mom for the occasion.  She and her husband Jon wanted to capture their family at play in one of their favourite places to walk.  The kids had a great time walking, racing and climbing on a fallen tree.  It’s so lovely to capture their interactions and personalities, especially since the last time we photographed the twins they weren’t even walking! Arthur is a born poser, and Eva practiced her climbing skills whilst Sebbie chose the best stones to show us.

Kinver Edge is such a beautiful place it’s hard to narrow down locations, but there are a few tried and tested places that we’ve come to rely on, that offer great lighting, backdrop, and places to pose for clients of various needs.
