30 Warren is a completely new luxury high rise occupying a whole block-front in Tribeca, New York. Designed by Post-Office Architectes, the newest member of Warren Street breathes some refreshingly new design into the neighborhood.

The apartments range from 1 to 3 bedrooms. 8 of the 23 units will feature private outdoor patios. At 12 stories tall, the building is larger than the surrounding environment, giving these apartments towering views of Tribeca from the public outdoor spaces and from the large central windows.

Each living room space will feature a 13 foot long window, providing the eye a refreshing change from the architectural pace of the nearby brownstone buildings. The sheer concrete facade is less than an inch thick, giving the building an industrial tone, while high-strength industrial fibers reinforce and strengthen the structure. The focus is on creating an atmosphere of light and air.

Besides the marble fittings in the kitchens and bathrooms, the towering views, and huge windows, the building also features a fitness center, children’s playroom, laundry center, and part-time doorman.
