This year, cut-outs made a big return. I think last time they were this big was in the early 80s. You will see them from dresses,swimsuits, to shoes.

3. I love this. Hmmm not sure why I am in a black mood tonight! It is a cut-out swimsuit by Kenneth Cole Reaction. You can find it at Macy's. Currently, it is on sale for $68.99, plus a 15% discount, and a free gift with purchase.
