German PV Production equipment supplier is close to booking a deal to supply 300 MW of its Cisaris selenization production tool for CIGS solar production. The deal, which is still as yet to be signed, has been made public in the lead up to the firm holding a bondholders’ meeting to secure a debt-equity swap that will allow it to remain in business.
