“Out of This World Leadership” describes my unique passions. I spent nearly 30 years in a variety of HR leadership roles at NASA, including 7 years as an Executive. I currently serve as VP of HR for Space Center Houston, official visitor center of NASA’s Johnson Space Center—home to the astronauts and leaders in human space exploration. Several years ago, I crafted a personal mission statement—“To improve leadership wherever I go”. I am passionate about leadership as a student, coach, practitioner, and teacher. Finally, my role as a disciple and follower of Jesus Christ provides another perspective on “Out of This World Leadership.” The site’s tagline “Serving Leaders who Shoot for the Stars” describes my leadership philosophy and style of servant leadership. I want to help others on their journey as they “shoot for the stars”…
