In the final model year of production, the Mercedes GLC will focus on equipment upgrades rather than changes to the body. Standard equipment will include automatic adaptive high-beam assist and rear-seat USB ports. All trims will also be fitted with a parking-damage detection system. The GLC will also receive a new color: Starling Blue Metallic. Finally, passive hands-free entry will be offered as an option in the Premium Package.
Standard equipment
The Mercedes-Benz GLC-class is a midsize crossover that seats four adults comfortably and offers a cargo space of nearly sixty cubic feet. It earns top crash-test scores from the IIHS and NHTSA. It offers generous standard safety equipment that can be upgraded with features such as blind spot monitoring and adaptive cruise control. It also has a hands-free entry system.
