What Is Behavioral Theory In Mental Health? Blog

Behavioral theory is used for all kinds of therapies that treat mental illness. This theory or therapy identifies and assists unhealthy behaviors. It believes that all behaviors are learned and can get changed. This type of therapy focuses on the current issues and their solutions. This theory is action-oriented and tends to focus highly. The harmful behavior is an issue that can be changed to minimize and overcome the issue.
