Of course, I still use Windows OS on my desktop for some other tasks. However, I always use my Mac laptop at the office, for work or on the go. In Mac OS X, you have to use Command + C and Command + V to copy and paste things. The "Command" key is quite similar to the "Windows" key on your Windows keyboard. That is use Activity Monitor, or Force Quit Applications. You can find Activity Monitor in the Applications -> Utilities directory. If you want to launch the Force Quit Applications, simply press Command + Shift + Esc.
