In our MIEE Spotlight today we look at Fiona Kilpatrick, a former Graphic Designer, who is passionate about using IT to make learning engaging and motivating for the pupils that she teaches.
Using Office 365, accessed via Glow, Fiona has utilised tools for use with pupils as well as staff to make day to day tasks more interactive, manageable and collaborative. Fiona uses interactive Sway Newsletters to communicate with parents with embedded Microsoft Forms for instant feedback. She is also using OneNote throughout her school for class notebooks and collaborative projects with her digital leaders. In addition, they also use PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive and Yammer to enhance communication and collaboration across school.
