Hi everyone,

Today’s entry in Purrsday Poetry comes from the book “I’m Not Sorry: Poems by Cats” by Rosa Silva. Rosa is the proud human of Mr. Cat, whose wacky and quirky behavior inspired her to write her book.

It’s 6 a.m., it’s time to eat.

It’s 9 a.m., it’s time for a treat.

It’s 11 a.m., it’s time for brunch.

It’s 2 p.m., it’s time for lunch.

It’s 4 p.m., it’s time for a snack.

It’s 6 p.m., I could eat a macaque.

It’s 8 p.m., it’s time for dinner.

I’m sure this diet will make me thinner.
