Female soldiers should report rapes to the police, says army chief

Lieutenant Colonel Rebecca Macklin encouraged Female Soldiers to Report Rapes to the civilian police, instead of the military chain of command. This move is in response to reports of sexual assault in the military that have been documented in recent years. The military has acknowledged that it has not done enough to address these issues, and Lt. Col.
