With the controversial previous season of Game of Thrones now a distant memory, there has been a big gap in the calendar when it comes to big-budget fantasy television.  Or at least, until Netflix brought us The Witcher.

At the end of last year and after the adoption of Andrzej Sapkowski’s classic fantasy books, the series proved to be a great success for the streaming service.  The plot details are certainly scarce, but one thing that seems quite certain is that Netflix will present several of the main characters in the books that we still have to see on the screen and one of them will be Vesemir.

In fact, the fan favourite has been someone who has been asking to appear on the show since season 1 ended and the Internet has decided who is the best person: Mark Hamill.  Better yet, it seems that Netflix agrees with the idea since this cover we found has received an official production document from our sources, just as it told us that the transformer was restarted last year.  And Aladdin 2 Tha works in the summer, which clearly indicates that the Star Wars legend has received the role.

Does that mean he will accept?  Of course, as with everyone, we like to see this happen, but until the broadcast site makes an official announcement, we avoid getting too excited.

In any case, although it does not work, there is still much to expect in The Witcher Season 2, with the promise of more exciting action, an impressive plot and a fun fantasy that the public has promised us.  And at this point, we can only expect Mark Hamill to be included as Vesmir.
