Warner Bros is back with the most anticipated movie from the DC series, and James Wan is going to be back as director. Although Aquaman’s s sequel was bound to come and this isn’t a surprise for those who have watched the Aquaman. There are multiple reasons for it, and the most intriguing one is the fact that it’s the highest-grossing DC film. And its popularity has overshadowed many bigwigs. Thus there was every possible reason for the producers to come up with a sequel, and the fans have stormed the internet with the announcement of Aquaman 2.

Do we have the release dates?

The release dates are released, and it is expected to be released in December 2022. So the wait for the fans is going to be prolonged as the first part was published in the year 2018. So the wait for Aquaman 2 is going to be around four years long. The shooting is set to start next year, so the release dates are rightly slated for the year 2022. But the first part of Aquaman has created such a fan base that the producers can take the liberty of taking enough time so that they don’t loose on fans. The first part has accentuated the thrill of the fans, and they can wait for it if the wait can assure a brilliant movie.

The cast for Aquaman 2

The actor hasn’t been confirmed as of now because the shooting is scheduled for next year, and the casting team is finalizing the Cast. But there are few characters without which Aquaman 2 will lose its essence, and Jason Momoa is a name which is going to be there for sure. The affinity towards the role of Arthur Curry, aka Aquaman 2, is somewhat attached to Jason Momoa. The other characters who form the steel frame of the movie include Dolph Lundgren (as Nereus), Nicole Kidman (Atlanna), and Willem Dafoe (Nuidis Vulko). Trailer for Aquaman 2

The Trailer isn’t going to be out anytime soon as the shooting is yet to start, but if we follow previous trends, the trailer may be released at San Diego comic-con, the way Aquaman’s trailer was released. The trailer can be expected only by the end of October 2022, before that chances are highly unlikely that they will release any trailer.

What’s the expectation from Aquaman 2?

The film is expected to be pivoted around the possible conflict between Black Manta and Aquaman. Although any speculations at this point will be futile as DC and WB have a lot to ponder over, and we don’t think they will let any leaks to happen. As the whole movie is based on the level of discreetness being maintained, so, at this point, when even cast isn’t confirmed, the possibility of any leak is almost impossible.
