The eight-legged creepy crawler is supposed to have scrambled along the forest floors as far back as 100 million years ago.
A new terrifying species of poisonous spider that feeds on human flesh with its single bite has been discovered by the researchers.
The new Species of the spider has been found by scientists in Mexico who have named the terrifying spider as Loxosceles Tenochtitlan.
Although they are not deadly, these spiders are known for having a strong tissue-destroying poison that can create decaying spots in the skin of up to 40cm which takes seven months to heal and also leaves a permanent scar.
Violin spider which is also known as recluse spiders were first mixed with the Loxosceles misteca which is another type of species that are native to the Mexican states of Guerrero.
The new species was found by scientists from the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
The spiders are drawn to waste as they can serve on the bugs around it and it is known that females’ are twice as deadly as males.
Mexico has the highest diversity of the genus Loxosceles as 40 out of the 140 species that exist in the world are indigenous to the country.
