Cha In Ha, a 27-year-old Korean actor was found dead on December 3 with police investigating his death.

Fantagio, the agency of the South Korean star confirmed the news by saying they are filled with grief.

A statement released by the company read as “We feel devastated to give such tragic and unfortunate news.”

“On December 3, actor Cha In Ha left our views.”

“We are truly sorrowful to give sad news to everyone who has expressed lots of love and care to Cha In Ha until now.”

“We are filled with grief at this report that is still difficult to believe.”

“We sincerely ask for rumors to not be spread and for speculative statements to not be published in order for his family, who is undergoing greater sadness more than anyone due to the unexpected sad news, to send him away peacefully.”

They further continue that “As desired by his family, the funeral will be taken over secretly. We give our sincere grief for his passing.”

The place and the reason for death have not been revealed.

Cha In Ha debuted in the film You, Deep Inside Of Me in 2017 and in the same year he joined the five-member Fantagio acting group alongside Yoon Jeong Hyuk, Kim Yun Seo,, Eun Hae Seong, and Ji Geon Woo.

The 27-year-old actor starred in dramas including Temperature of Love and The Banker, while he had a cameo in the new MBC drama Love With Flaws.
