Former Boston College student charged in boyfriend’s suicide to be summoned initially showed up on reports.

A former Boston College Student accused of involuntary murder regarding her boyfriend’s suicide will be summoned Friday in a Boston court, investigators said.

The arraignment would be Inyoung You’s first court appearance since she was charged in the death of her lover, Alexander Urtula.

You, 21, came back to South Korea, where she’s from, at some point after his boyfriend’s death.

Investigators have claimed that she was “physically, cruelly and mentally abusive” toward Urtula during their 18-month relationship.

Investigators said they were confident You would return individually accord, however, added that they’d endeavor to extradite her on the off chance that she didn’t.

The Suffolk County District Attorneys Office didn’t react to reports when asked whether You were extradited or returned intentionally.

Her arraignment is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. at Suffolk Superior Court, told District Attorney.

You purportedly was available when Urtula bounced to his death from the top of a parking building on May 20 – that day he was set to stroll in his Boston College graduation party, Rollins said.

A representative for the Urtula family said they’re thankful for work by the head prosecutor’s office.

“Since losing Alexander in May, the Urtula family and everybody who cherished Alex has been crushed by his misfortune,” the representative, David Guarino, said in an announcement to reports. ”

The public relations organization expressing You did not quickly react to reports for an explanation.
