Can you believe it’s back to school time already (I can’t!)? Every year, it seems like the (summers and) years pass by faster and faster.

I can’t tell you how many times I wanted to freeze time and keep my kids at certain ages. Or how many times one of my kids has asked me something about them a few years earlier (ex: like what they wanted to be when they grew up), and I couldn’t. 🤦‍♀️

So I wanted to create a way to freeze moments of time and allow me to capture a glimpse of my kiddos – through their own eyes.

We’re starting a new family tradition and filling these out each year for our scrapbook album – they’ll be a great way to look back and see how much the kids have grown and changed over the years!

Have your children fill out the printable questionnaire before the start of each school year. Make sure to tape a photo of them to the page, or even have them draw a self portrait! Afterwords you can then store them in a nice folder, box or binder. Think of how much fun it will be in the years to come to look back at how your child answered each question. You might be surprised how things change!
