The Lagos State Police Command has detained 18-year-old Elikor Ehud in Ejigbo State for allegedly Stealing tithes and offerings from Chosen Vine Ministry, Furniture Road. DSP Bala Elkana, Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) in the Lagos Command, announced this in a statement in Lagos on Sunday.

Elkana said that one Pastor Moses Nwoke of the said ministry had reported at Ejigbo Police Station about the stolen tithes and offering from the church altar by unknown persons.

“He admitted that he stole the amount of N670,000 from the church boxes, and he also named Lucky as his accomplice.” The efforts are underway to apprehend the said accomplice. The accused will be charged to the trial, “NAN said.
