The sacked Students’ Union President -Elect of the just concluded September 27 Students’ Union Elections of the Akwa Ibom State University, AKSU,Samuel Eno James has sued one Ms. Victoria Monday George of the Department of Botany, Faculty of Natural and Applied Sciences to court for alleged claims he (Samuel James forged his CGPA to qualify for the position.
Samuel James, however reacting to the petition and false publications made against him which led to his sack as the rightful winner of the Students’ Union Elections took to court demanding prove of the forged CGPA within 48 hours or payment of N20, 000, 000 (Twenty Million Naira) damages by the accuser.
