ZTE Axon 10s Pro confirmed, likely to use Snapdragon 865 chipset

Chinese firm ZTE Corporation had unveiled Axon 10 Pro smartphone back in February this year. Now, the company seems to upgrade this line-up with Zte Axon 10s Pro 5G. The company has published some images of showing the back portion of this phone at its official Weibo handle. The company further hints to use Snapdragon 865 chipset under the hood.

ZTE Axon 10s Pro supports 5G dual-mode network, that can switch between 2G to 5G according to availability of the network. It means Snapdragon 865 is almost confirmed that comes with a dual-mode 5G network support. Design-wise,  the device adopts three cameras, and the arrangement somehow looks identical to the Huawei P20 series. After seeing these images closely, the side-mounted fingerprint scanner is visible on the left side. The “Axon 5G” logo is imprinted at the under the bottom-left corner. The rest of the specifications are yet unknown, but the company assures to reveal more details tomorrow.

To remind, ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G was launched with a 6.47-inch 1080 x 2340 pixels Full HD+ AMOLED display. It utilizes the power of Snapdragon 855 SoC coupled with Adreno 610 GPU to handle the graphics-intensive tasks. It runs on Android 9 Pie based on MiFavor 9.1 custom skin out of the box. The storage variants include up to 256GB internal storage with max. 12GB RAM.

The rear gets triple camera setup with 48MP primary +  8MP telephoto + 20MP ultra-wide sensor. There is a 20MP front camera, which is well capable of taking wider shots.
