Manchester United closing in on move for new goalkeeper
Manchester United appear to be closing in on their second signing of the summer transfer window.
The Red Devils have already signed Tyrell Marcia as a back-up/competition for Luke Shaw.
They have also been heavily linked with FC Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong throughout the course of the window.
Now though, it appears as though the Manchester powerhouse are bringing in a new goalkeeper this summer.
The player in question is Thomas Strakosha, who is currently a free agent after his contract with Lazio expired at the end of June.
All told Strakosha has featured on 208 occasions for Lazio, managing 62 clean sheets in total. 31 of those outings came last term, with eight in the Europa League.

The signing of Strakosha is not too surprising as Manchester United have already let their current back-up goalkeeper, Dean Henderson, go out on loan to newly-promoted Nottingham Forest for the 2022/23 campaign.
