Authorities have arrested a suspect in the murder of precious rap artist XXXTentacion.

Dedrick Devonshay Williams was collared Wednesday night in Pompano, Fla., inning accordance with the Broward County Sheriff’s Office.

The sheriff’s office said additional details of Williams’ arrest would be exposed later Thursday.

Born Jahseh Onfroy, XXXTentacion was shot by at least one armed subject outside RIVA Motorsports in Deerfield Beach Monday in exactly what was initially categorized as an evident burglary, inning accordance with authorities.

The suspects fled the scene in a dark-colored SUV. The rap artist was later pronounced dead at Broward Health North.

XXXTentacion’s death, as high-profile as it was tragic, came after a quick career marked by both adoration and enmity.

While his special brand of hip-hop was extensively admired, XXXTentacion was also a polarizing figure due to unsettled accusations that he beat his pregnant sweetheart.

Williams is due in court Thursday, according to reports.
