Yoga Speak, Coming to Terms with the Language of Yoga

When watching Yoga videos on line or taking a live class some instructors might use only the English language or maybe they use some Sanskrit terms or a combination of both. I made an infographic with some terms to help us have a beter understanding of some of the terms. Here is Yoga Speak One on the language of yoga.
