BIM in Housing is a collaboration between owners/developers and members of their supply chains to reduce risks through better asset information throughout the Bim Level 2 process.
BIM in Housing is working to identify what information is required, by whom, how it will be used and why it is important- so increasing BIM levels of detail. This will allow us to prioritise what is really important, removing the risk of information overload.
These are compiled as reusable libraries clients, their consultants and supply chain members can use to standardise, and therefore automate, the processes.
