The Pcos Mommy Blog
Diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome in 2012 I allowed my syndrome to define me. I went years trying different diet, fad or otherwise and found myself failing time and time again. After several failures I gave up on the notion of ever being truly healthy and my husband and I discussed different forms of starting a family such as IVF and adoption, but in early 2016 I decided to try dieting and exercise one more time. In the first round of my attempts I lost nearly 70lbs in the first 7 months.  Now that I've had my son, I'm back on a journey of losing weight and redefining who I am.  Blog updates every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
