ForeverHer’s, Karin Katz, recently had the opportunity—or shall we say ‘privilege‘ to interview the amazing, Elaine Grohman. Elaine is a gifted artist, author, and energy healer located in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Here’s what Karin shared with ForeverHer—

People who have gone to Elaine, swear by her Energy Healing. For years I have heard how incredible she is—and I wholeheartedly agree. Not only was I fascinated by the whole concept, but I needed to see it AND experience it with my own eyes.

Ok—so you might be asking, what is energy healing?

Energy Healing balances the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual states of a person.

(I can think of a few people off hand that could use the mental part ASAP…just sayin’)

Anyway….

Imbalance in one’s energy field can create illness and this can cause stagnation of the energy flow within the body, resulting in pain and dysfunction.  Cranial Sacral Therapists call this stagnation of energy an energy cyst and energy healers call it an energetic blockage.

(Think of it like an emotional “blocked artery”. Sounds unpleasant, right?)

This energetic blockage has the ability to manifest in the body as headaches, depression, mood fluctuations, addictive patterns and other physical illness ranging from cancer to less serious issues like chronic back pain or upset stomachs. But the good news is—because of the refined nature of the energy, illnesses can often be prevented by keeping the energy body clean and clear of blockages.

How energy healing works is by balancing the energy field of a person by mostly “hands-off” techniques that involve a transfer of “healing energy” from the practitioner to you. They are addressing specific energy centers with the intent to change the energy and relieve the blocked pattern.

Einstein’s Theory of Relativity was at the forefront of this awakening. His theory was that energy is the underlying essence of all matter.  Although this is the foundation of today’s new age of healing now known in some circles as vibrational medicine, it’s an ancient practice that’s been around for years and years.

(Can anything with the word vibrator in it ever really be bad?)

Elaine performed a “mini-session” on my jaw due to a recent surgery I had. In the video, you can see the pain dissipating as she places her hands on my cheek and moves the energy around on the side of my face.

She was incredible.

I’m all about alternative pain methods and holistic approaches to almost anything. So for me, this was a great experience and one I will continue to use. It’s something I would recommend to the ForeverHer Community because being ForeverYoung, ForeverFab, and ForeverFit essentially stems from the inside, and energy healing focuses on exactly that.
