I can't believe February is already halfway over. It being such a short month always throws me off. Valentine's Day was a little crazy to think about and celebrate because it was the last time we ate inside a restaurant before the Pandemic truly hit. We've had date nights since then, but with a pandemic twist. It's so strange to think about this past year and how our lives and routines have changed.
