Welcome back with another quick & healthy breakfast! This contains one of my favorite ingredients, so it's definitely a good choice to start your morning off right.
Since I have lactose intolerance all of the recipes on this website will be made with lactose free products, in a dairy free way.
And obviously chocolate is a weak point of mine, but eating dark chocolate is not forbidden for me, so I had to put it into this breakfast bowl.
Moreover, since it's summer I wanted to eat something unusual, something fruity, light & delicious.
It's not difficult to make these, you can use any of your kitchen & fridge ingredients, in any way you want. But here's mine:
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of chia seed
1/4 cup of oats
1/4 cup of rice milk
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
raspberry
musk melon
dark chocolate (mine is 70%)
crushed almond
other seeds as topping
1/4 cup of chia seed
1/4 cup of oats
1/4 cup of rice milk
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
raspberry
musk melon
dark chocolate (mine is 70%)
crushed almond
other seeds as topping
I put the chia seeds to the fridge with the rice milk for like 5 mins. (I don't like it when they get too soaked and soft) Until then, I mixed the oats with some rice milk with a blender and I added the cinnamon.
I put this to the fridge as well, to let it cool down. I chopped my dark chocolate, peeled my melon, washed the raspberries and added some other kind of seeds to my topping ideas with crushed almond as well.
Layering:
1st: chia seeds
2nd: oats-cinnamon
3rd: toppings (raspberries, crushed almond, lemon, dark chocolate, seeds)
Enjoy your breakfast!:)
