Now that Christmas season has come to an end, I thought I’d share with you some of the things I learned on the weeks leading up to Christmas day. Normally I would go to the mall and I would find a different type of present for each of my friends and family members. However, this year I wasn’t in the mood for standing in line at the mall and spending hours searching through shops. So, I thought I’d do something different and do some online Shopping for Clothes and accessories. My goal was to find an easy way to buy clothes online for everyone in my family, regardless of age or gender, so I could get everything I needed in one place. After spending some time searching on Google, I found a site with a list of the top 10 clothes shopping apps.

Best 10 Clothes Shopping Apps

I checked out several of the apps, and I ended up ordering items from a couple of them. For this article, I selected my top 3 favorites and reviewed them.

Old Navy for the best reward program

Old Navy is my first pick. The Old Navy store has been an old favorite of mine because you can always count on finding items at great prices. So, when I saw that they had an app, of course, I had to try it out. I particularly liked that any purchases you make are automatically linked to your Old Navy account, so you can build up points and exchange them for rewards on future purchases. I also liked that you can even use the app in-store to scan barcodes on clothes to see if they are available in other sizes or colors. An added bonus I found is that you can also browse for items that are part of other Gap Inc. stores, including Gap, Banana Republic, Athleta and more.

The only drawback I found is that you do need an Old Navy card to enjoy the benefits of the rewards program. I already had one, so I was pleased to see that I could use my points to make purchases in the app. Also, if you are a cardholder for any other Gap-affiliated store, you can link those instead too. In any case, the clothes prices are great even if you don’t own a card.

Nordstrom for worry-free clothes shopping

Nordstrom is my second pick. What I really like is that Nordstrom ships all orders for free, and you can return any order at no cost to your wallet. So, if you are new to online clothes shopping, this is probably a great choice for you, as you will find great items, and you can return them if you change your mind. I also liked the shopping catalog as it is really varied, including clothes, accessories, and shoes for men, women, and children. Another plus I found is that you can read fashion tips on how to upgrade your style, whether you are going for a classic look or want to follow the latest trends.

When you are ready to shop using the Nordstrom app, just make sure you save any items you want to purchase in the Shopping Bag. I made the mistake of closing the app before I had saved my shopping list to answer a phone call. When I opened the app again, I realized a had to find the items again. Although it didn’t take long to find them, it is much easier to simply save your favorites with a tap before you exit the app.

Zulily for unbeatable deals

Zulily is my third pick. I found this to be the best choice if you want to get the biggest bang for your buck. You can find items from top brands at truly incredible prices. I particularly like that you can set up alerts to get notified as soon as flash sales go live. I was even surprised to find some really great items at discounts of more than 50%. I also like that you can shop for much more than just clothes, as you can also find home essentials like bedding and kitchenware and even pet beds and toys too.

Although I love using Zulily to find the best deals, I am not a fan of the order processing time. While some orders are processed quickly, I did notice that others may take some time to get shipped. However, I found that the savings more than make up for the extra processing time.

These are my top 3 picks for purchasing clothes online. With these apps on my phone, I was able to find everything I needed and, more importantly, I didn’t have to spend hours at the mall scrounging through shops to find a shirt or a pair of jeans. Whether you are interested in finding the best prices or want to upgrade your style, these apps will get you exactly what you need. Now, go take advantage of the sales and save yourself some time and money!
