Altuzarra Spring 2017 Ready-To-Wear Highlights

Bright, bold patterns and animal print were what this Collection was all about. There were frilly Cherry Printed sets, snakeskin coats and dresses covered in cherries and lots of the classic basic spring print, gingham.

This cherry set is adorable and although very girly for my personal taste, I Love it. The baby blue colour goes so well with the red of the cherries, and the frills on the skirt add some texture to the look. I also have to talk about the blue, lemon coat because it is amazing. The silhouette, the colour, the texture is beautiful and creates a really unique piece.

One of my favourite pieces from the collection is this amazing snakeskin and cherry printed trench coat. It is definitely a statement piece, but styling it with a basic blue jeans and white t-shirt combo would look amazing. You can also see gingham peeking out, with a long sleeve frilly dress.

Not only do I adore the cherry bralette/crop, but oh my god that skirt. Obviously the same pattern as the coat above, but somehow it looks even more amazing in skirt form? I especially love the length and the frill that hits right at the knee. Also the little watermelon keychain on the snakeskin printed bag is so cute.

Yes, those are cherry printed tights, and I love them. Though they probably wouldn't go too well with my wardrobe, they're super cute and I love that they paired them with this gorgeous, asymmetrical frilly snakeskin dress. The little detail of having red lining along the neckline helps to break up the print just a little bit, and compliments the cherries on the tights.

Another version of the midi/frill skirt, and this one is probably my favourite. As I mentioned, gingham was used a lot in this collection, and I love it here with the red trimming on the frill. I'm not completely in love with the top part of this look, but I had to include it because of the skirt.

My favourite look and my two favourite pieces from the collection. Those pants are everything, and I would wear them in two seconds, especially paired with this red, striped, off the shoulder top.

This tiered, snakeskin and cherry printed sequinned detailed dress with a slit is actually amazing? It's definitely not to everyones taste, but I really, really love it. I haven't mentioned it yet, but I'm not 100% sold on the belts in this collection, but I can get over that.

This dress is beautiful. The sheer tiers have little holes along the bottom which is so cool and I love the sequins/embellishments on every layer. The neckline is also super flattering and I really like the tiny straps that are so small they're almost not even there.

I feel like this is a collection you'll either love or hate. You have to admit though, it's fun, unique and screams 'spring' in the best way possible.
