Ok, winter found me!! I'm not going to lie...because everyone has a bad run every so often when it comes to health. I was on such a good roll, and then I allowed a few bad eating habits to creep in here and there, and then I got the a bad way! I believe it's because I had a quick plummet with healthy eating because I haven't been sick for ages. I had to stop exercising for about 2-3 weeks because of it and I felt horrible!! 

When I allow myself to lose my headspace for a few weeks, I find it difficult to get back on the bandwagon until something clicks. Once I have that moment, I can usually go back into health mode, full swing and not look back. For me, this "click" moment was putting on a skirt that used to be slightly too big, and feeling like I could pull the zipper down a few inches under my shirt because it was niiiiice and snug. Didn't love that moment, but it's what I needed to reboot my headspace.

Everyone knows their own body and how quickly it responds to Healthy Eating and exercise, and for me...I knew that I just needed a couple of weeks to get back to where I feel confident. 
I am loving my exercising, juicing, Healthy eating, clean treats and...the sunshine!! Getting up early to exercise when it's warm and light makes a big difference, thats for sure :) (If you're looking for a delicious clean treat recipe...try my protein balls - they keep me going and have replaced my chocolate cravings)
