Liquid matte lipsticks have been taking the industry by a storm lately. They have become an instant favorite due to their rich formula and the ease of application. Oriflame has come up with 7 such shades in the One lip sensation matte mouse liquid lipstick range. The shades are bold and feisty!
Price: Rs. 699/- for 5ml
Claims: Light-as-air liquid lipstick with a smooth, velvety finish in 10 stunning full-coverage shades that go the distance. Infused with comforting and conditioning ingredients so lips stay quenched. Guaranteed to cause lip envy.
Results:
Packaging: The packaging is quite sturdy. The One Lip Sensation Matte Mousse is available in see-through tubes that making it convenient to see the product inside. The product also has a doe foot applicator that makes the application process travel friendly.
Texture & Formula: As the name suggests it is a rich, creamy mousse based lipstick. The product glides on easily and feels quite comfortable on drying. Although matte, it doesn’t completely dry down due to its moisturizing properties making it perfect for the winters.
Pigmentation & Staying power: The Lip Sensation Matte Mousse lippies are highly pigmented. However, the darker shades seem to give a better coverage for pigmented lips as compared to the lighter shades. The staying power of this product isn’t too bad either. On me, the product lasts about 3-4 hours without any touchups. Also, the darker shades do leave a soft tint post meals.
Overall Verdict: The formula is smooth and creamy, due to which the finish is semi-matte. If you are expecting a proper matte then this one isn’t for you. However, this lipstick is perfect to be tried by matte lovers in winter as it is the right amount of moisturizing and matte. Also, you must try the shades Soft Mulberry and Rouge Suede they are my favorite.

Shades: Most of the shades in this collection are absolutely stunning and compliment the
Indian skin tone really well. The color palette is a lovely mix of some bright and neutral shades, although I really wish they add some shades in Brown/Nudes as well.
