BACON PUFF TWISTS

A

pparently, I am all about the holiday foods and festive parties this week. I do not have to ask here, who is throwing a party once in a while … right? I decided to ‘copy’ this recipe that my friend made for her birthday celebration. This small snack was such a such a party winner and I can guarantee that everyone will love. It is incredibly easy and yummy, of you want to know hot to make  it follow the instructions bellow.
WHAT DO YOU NEED:

1 package Puff pastry

2 packages thin sliced bacon

1 egg

2 tbs of sesame (optional)

salt & pepper to taste

HOW TO:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Line one baking try with baking paper. Open one sheet of puff pastry and place it on a big cutting board and season the surface with salt and pepper. Cut the puff pastry into 1 cm wide stripes. Then take a piece of bacon and place it on each stripe. Now gently twist the puff stripe several times. Take the twisted pastry and place it on the baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining puff pastry. In the end spread some egg on each twist and sprinkle with sesame if you like. Bake for approximately for 30 minutes then remove from the oven and let it cool down for 5 – 10 minutes. Serve!

As usual, you can pretty much improvise with this recipe that is exactly what I do all the time. Frankly, I never stick to instructions … but I think. this is the beauty of cooking. So, guys have a fun and ejoy my #PartyRecipeWinner.
