Taking The Mickey – Uniqlo UT

You know the Uniqlo UT range is pretty cool when both your partner & son call dibs on your new tees.

Nothing new here. Unkempt hair, dressing in men’s clothing. Not posting regularly.. Something that is new though; the Uniqlo UT range. Personal favourite? The Disney range of course. The best thing about it, is the grown up feel to Disney (though, it’s not like I ever object to dressing like a child anyway), with simple, minimalist prints & patterns that still encapsulate that magical kingdom feeling. I kind of need everything.

& Uniqlo has always been a favourite of mine when it comes to basics, ever since I stepped inside the CentralWorld store in Bangkok & went crazy with stocking up on Hello Kitty tees. Because, you know.. that’s something you need to stock up on.
Years laters & Uniqlo is still my go to for the comfiest shirts in the cutest designs. So really, when you think about it, nothing is new with me.

In all seriousness though, the weather has been so depressing here lately, that it’s been pretty difficult to shoot anything without a face full of hair, or getting a cold. I truly thought we had escaped winter until the last couple of weeks when it finally dawned on me that we (us West Aussies & probably most of the rest of Australia) are most likely in for a late winter.

I knew that all that sunshine during the first couple of winter months was too damn good to be true.
