So as I've been working more I've been needing more Protein because one of my goals is to build muscle as well as lose fat. And as you might be aware it's important to have a high protein diet or at least a good amount in your diet.
Even if you're not working out having more protein is good for you so this might be something you can add to your milkshakes, porridge etc if you'd like.

Cons
-because it's unflavoured you do have to get used to the taste but I quite like it
- because it's a green power it changes the colour of what you're eating so in my banana milkshake it turns it green, which isn't so bad but if you don't like it green I suppose it might be

Overall I'd say I like this protein powder and my husband also likes it, the taste isn't so bad after you get used to it and I feel better having something that's from plants. I'd say if you're hesitant try out the 500g from bulk powders or the 300g (doesn't come with plastic scoop cup) from my protein, some protein powders are flavoured so you could try a product that's flavoured if that'd be better for you.
