As the subtle first waft of autumnal air settles in each year, the fashion community explodes with new and creative ways on how to Style fall's hottest trends. While the clothes featured in these blogs are stunningly beautiful and total #goals, are they really that practical? For example, when was the last time you slipped on those stiletto over-the-knee boots to go to work or the grocery store or run an errand on the weekend?
Here is what you need to know about ~realistic~ everyday fall shoe needs.
Ankle boots are, of course, a closet staple. At this point, I truly feel like a gospel of the Ankle boot, but they *literally* pair with everything and come in so many different styles (flat, heel, suede, leather, velvet… etc, etc.). My recent faves are these Anne Klein Ankle Boots, these chic Jessica Simpson ankle boots, or any hidden wedge ankle boots.
To mix up my style I often throw in a suede knee high boot a couple times a week. Much like the beloved ankle boot, they come in a array of styles to fit your needs (wide calf boots, flat boots, heeled boots… etc, etc)
