Hey girl!! Did you hear it’s Sephora Beauty Insider sale time!? If you don’t shop Sephora then you probably don’t care about this sale, but if you do….. then you’re probably getting your wallet emotionally stable for it hahaha. I LOVE Sephora. I often shop more at Ulta, price wise, but I get giddy going into Sephora because it’s like luxury makeup dreams.
TBH- I still can’t afford half that store but I’ve made my way around a little bit and make orders here and there for my favorite products. Typically when I shop Sephora, I am repurchasing a product I love and I always add 1-2 new products to my cart to try out. I most always love them too haha. Here are the details on the sale… mostly based on your member level:
Rouge: 20% off August 24 – September 3
VIB: 15% off August 30 – September 3
Insider: 10% off August 30 – September 3
Today I thought I’d share my 12 favorite buys from Sephora over the last couple of years. I plan on shopping for new items this week and will share with y’all what I get!
12 Sephora Items To Buy From The Sale
Laura Mercier Flawless Fusion– I purchased this concealer this past Spring and it has easily become one of my favorite concealers for under the eyes. It’s light but covers up all the dark circles and gives your under eye area this airbrushed look.
Kevyn Aucoin Sensual skin enhancer– This is a product I wanted for awhile but would never splurge on. I see so many favorite makeup artists use this and also heard Kylie Jenner mixes it with a little water and uses for foundation. I bought it and it is GOLD. It’s a really interesting concept for concealer but if I am having a breakout or want my under eyes extremely flawless, I dab the tiniest amount on and it blends seamlessly.
Laura Mercier Translucent Powder- You’ve probably heard of this a bunch of times but this is by far THE BEST translucent powder you can buy. I’ve tried a ton of them and I always fall back to this one.
Kat Von D Powder– I’ve used this powder for around 5 months and let me tell you….. if you love a good powder foundation, here’s your gal. Love the smoothness of this one and it adds a little more color/coverage without being too much.
Drunk Elephant Glycolic Night Serum– So I actually only have the travel size of this and I’m thinking about splurging on the bigger bottle now. This serum is SO GOOD. Actually, everything Drunk Elephant has is so good. I’m a huge night skincare routine person as I don’t even wash my face in the morning… and this product makes my skin so glowy when I wake up.
NARS Luminous Weightless Foundation– Need a foundation? This one is best if you have normal to dry skin but it feels like nothing is on your face yet gives you full coverage and some glow.
Tarteist PRO Glo Palette– I’ve talked about this palette A LOT on my Instagram stories. Every single highlight is beautiful and it comes with a cream bronzer and powder bronzer. I use literally ALL off the colors on this palette. It’s probably in the top 5 things you need.
Urban Decay Born to Run– I have all the Naked 1, 2 and 3 palettes……. I think I’d still choose this palette over them all. It has SO many colors and the pigments are like butter. Go on so well and stay all day.
Kerastase Deep Conditioner- I featured this conditioner in a recent post. It will keep your hair smooth, shiny, and soft to the touch. One of my favorite hair products right now!
Viktor & Rolf– A feminine, yummy scent. Josh always tells me I smell really good when I wear this haha.
Buxom– I don’t wear a ton of lipglosses but when I do, I LOVE Buxom. It plumps your lips a little and is super creamy on top of lipstick.
Bite– I ALWAYS forget to tell y’all about how much I love this lipstick so I’m taking the opportunity now. It’s like a crayon for your lips. This specific style makes it easy to line your lips and fill them in. The texture is smooth and hydrating yet not super creamy where it’s sliding all over your lips. They’re actually matte but not the kind that dries out your lips. My favorite color is Amaretto.
