MY VALENTINE’S DAY OUTFIT

With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, I wanted to share my Valentine’s Day outfit with you. I bought this black lace flare sleeve bardot bodycon dress on sale at River Island. It was reduced from £95 to £35! It’s now sold out but I have found some alternatives for you below. I immediately fell in love with this dress due to the bardot neckline, Lace Flare Sleeves and midi length. Because of the statement lace flare sleeves on the dress I decided to go easy on accessories. I chose a delicate knot pendant, white high heel sandals and a simple silver grid Box Clutch Bag. I was surprised how great this black dress and white shoes looked together!
A lot has changed in the way we perceive Valentine’s Day. It’s no longer for couples only; a lot of people who are single go out and have fun with their friends on that day. We also have Galentine’s Day celebrated on February 13, the day before Valentine’s Day. This is all about female friendships and celebrating those special females you have in your life.
I must say I am not a very romantic person and was never really into celebrating Valentine’s Day. This year I have been informed we have plans but it’s a secret so I will have to just wait and see what happens… As if I didn’t have enough on my plate just before London Fashion Week!
