Hey Beauty Babes,

Yay it’s that time of the week where I provide you with some much needed motivation to just get you over that hump and then its smooth sailing down the other side.

I don’t know about you but I really need it this week!!!

One thing I have learnt this week is that you can only do so much and that is OK. Don’t push yourself to try and please others, you are never going to win that battle and why should you?

Most of the time these people aren’t pleased with themselves, so why let them ruin your day.

Instead look in the mirror and say “you know what this is me and I am awesome!”.
