Pancakes Recipe

Many of you asked me about my pancake Recipe on saturday morning after I posted a photo of our brunch on Instagram so here it is:


Ingredients: 3 dl plain flour 2 tsp baking powder 1 tbsp sugar (or vanilla sugar) 1 egg 3dl Milk ( soya milk works perfectly or almond milk) topping of your choice.

Method: Mix first the dry ingredients in a bowl and then add the liquid ones, whisk together until smooth. Heat up a pan and add a tiny bit of butter not to let it stick, add the batter to the pan (usually about half dl per pancake) , flip around when bubbles are forming!

It's really quick and simple, perfect for a brunch! I usually top pancakes with berries, maple syrup and almonds!
