As part of my new series of posts, called Your Face, I'm finding people out and about who have great Makeup and unique looks. 

This young lady is Bella, and she was waiting for a friend in The Core Shopping Centre in Calgary when I came across her. She looked so pretty sitting in the corner of a seating booth that I had to approach her and ask her to be part of my Your Face series, thankfully she agreed.

I asked her a few questions about her makeup.

What is your favourite makeup brand?

I don't really have a favourite brand, but I do like the new Fenty range, you know, the one by Rhianna. I really like her lip gloss.

Q: Have you tried her foundation yet?

A: No, not yet, but my friend has and really likes it, so I do want to try it out soon.

Q: What foundation are you Wearing at the moment?

A: This is Fit Me by Maybelline which I really like

If you could only use one brand of eyeshadow for the rest of your life, which would it be?

Probably Juvia's Place. I like their range of colours and use them quite a lot.

Is there a makeup product you couldn't live without?

Clear lipgloss, definitely lipgloss!

And one you could live without?

Eyeshadow. Even though I've got eyeshadow on today, I am quite happy not using it. I am comfortable with just lashes and liner and going without eyeshadow all together. I'm only wearing it today because I'm meeting a friend and we are going out.

How long have you been wearing makeup?

Actually, I've only been wearing makeup for about the last year. I never used to wear any at all, but my friend got me into it. Then I kept practicing until I was happy using it.

Q: Your lashes are great, did it take you long to perfect applying them?

A: Yes, quite a while, but I just kept practicing until it became easier. Now, I don't really have to think about it, I just do them. 

Do you prefer high-end brands or drugstore?

Drugstore is usually fine, although I am getting into Fenty now.

In what order do you apply your makeup?

I do my brows first, then my eyes and then I do my face.

Do you have any skin issues that you have to take into account?

I have an oily T-zone, but my cheeks can get quite dry in the winter due to the dry air here in Calgary.

And finally, what does makeup mean to you?

It makes me happy when I do my makeup. I love trying new things, new techniques and new products. Also, it gives me confidence, I feel more confident when I wear makeup.
