Start with Relative Layout
If you are designing apps for Android Screen, the secret is positioning items in relative forms. It means don’t use the absolute reference. We use relative layout to explore container for mobile apps that we can design.
Don’t use hard-code image sizes
This will be a big mistake made by the designer is to specify hard-coded image sizes. To avoid it we use ‘match-parent’ and ‘wrap-content’ as the dimensions for height and width, rather than hard-code sizes.
Use density independent pixels

Leverage XML shapes draw able
