Python String zfill() method pads the string on the left with zeros to fill width.

Syntax
The following below is the syntax for Python String zfill() method -
str.zfill(width)

Parameter Details
- width - This is the final width of the string. This is the width which we would get after filling out the zeros.
Return Value
This returns a padded string.
Example
The following below is a simple example -
#!/usr/bin/python
str = "this is string example....wow!!!";
print str.zfill(40)
print str.zfill(50)
Output
Below is the output of the above example -
00000000this is string example....wow!!!
000000000000000000this is string example....wow!!!
