paper and stitch (and you won't be surprised to see a few sequins)

Yesterday afternoon....frantically putting work together for London in two weeks.......and doing a little bit more for me, just because I could. These are the results. Stitch Paper, stitch cloth to paper, rip it up and let the embroidery begin. Last night I added beads, embroidery, tassels and sequins to scraps torn from the pieces in the first two images. These are for the artist book I showed you the beginning of here. Also, each of these images is a perfect illustration of what we will be doing in my new class which begins on April 17. You can read about that here.

My weekend will be more paper, more London prep and a little embroidery on my samples for embroidery school. I love how those are coming together and I hope to show you some progress from that class tomorrow.
