sequins and Suffolk puffs

Sequins and seams, the focus for me over the past three or four evenings. This is the first time I have ever used Sequins in my embroidery and I am addicted, completely and utterly smitten. This piece will be the front of a small pocket, (I know I was unsure last week if there would be more pockets at the moment but hey, here's your answer and I bet you aren't surprised)

On this pocket front is .....a pocket.....a little turned over area which is now filled with little hand made Suffolk Puffs. The reverse of this piece is pinned together waiting to be embellished....there will be more sequins, brace yourselves.

We are using sequins in ''embroidery school''  now which is still running and to which you would have access forever....and a day...... should you choose to sign up. You can read more here.

And a reminder about my new class beginning on April 17....all things ''Artist Book''. You can read about that one here.
