I honestly have to admit, I LOVE this Joe Biden Illustration!

Draw, draw, draw, and then draw some more. I like the direction these illustrations are going. With the detail and use of layers for shading and color building, the illustrations are taking on a much stronger presence.

This illustration lead to a LOT of commentary on Instagram and Facebook from my friends and family suggesting I do something for Biden on a “political promotional” illustration path. I would love to, but I think the style is a little too close to the Obama “Hope” poster from the 2008 elections. Also, and probably on a more important note, I want to make sure I’m using reference imagery that is available from a copyright standpoint.  The original photographer (RICARDO B. BRAZZIELL / AMERICAN-STATESMAN) owns the rights to use his image. I just used it as part of the reference for the illustration.
