The Details:

Smart Robbie is teaming up with OzSquad, Manly’s most social bootcamp, to raise awareness for Mental Health Awareness Month during the month of October.

Connecting with others is important for our health and survival. Research tells us that feeling connected, valued and loved by others gives us a sense of security, support, purpose and happiness. We also all know the importance of exercise to help feel happy, energised, ready to tackle the day ahead and improve overall mental health.

To help encourage people to connect with others whilst keeping active, with every donation to beyondblue, you will have a chance to WIN 4 months of unlimited training with OzSquad for FREE. Also with all non-member donations, we are opening our ‘doors’ to non-members to train for free at any OzSquad evening sessions in October.

To train with us during October, please donate do our everydayhero beyondblue account. To donate use the ‘Give Now’ button and register your details here on our website.

Please also spread the word by sharing this page with your friends and family – if you would like to donate and not participate in the evening bootcamps, that is also allowed! Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot.

All money raised will be going to beyondblue.
